You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Provide accurate information when you register, and use one account per person.

You keep ownership of the debates, comments, and opinions you post. By publishing on Pakshya, you grant us the license needed to host, display, and distribute that content as part of the service — for example, showing your name alongside what you post and surfacing it in search.

Pakshya exists for good-faith disagreement. To keep it that way, don't:

• Post harassment, hate speech, threats, or targeted abuse.
• Knowingly post false claims presented as verified fact.
• Spam, impersonate others, or manipulate votes.
• Post illegal content or content that infringes someone else's rights.

We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend accounts that violate these terms or the spirit of respectful, fact-based debate that Pakshya is built for.

Pakshya is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis while in active development. Features may change, break, or be temporarily unavailable without notice.

You may stop using Pakshya at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

We'll update this page as Pakshya evolves and update the "last updated" date above when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
